ABOUT THE RETREATAlthough libido is often associated with sexuality, it is essentially a life energy that gives passion to life. We can express it through relationships, creativity, learning or spirituality. When it has healthy channels, life flows. When these channels are closed, the energy is suppressed and appears as symptoms: anxiety, exhaustion and loss of pleasure and vitality.
At the retreat, we give it space for:
• returning to the body as the main regulator of vitality
• contact with oneself and others without a mask
• melting numbness, automatism, and chronic freeze
• permission for joy, strength, tenderness, and warmth
• intimacy that is not sexual

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FORFor those who feel they are surviving from weekend to weekend instead of living all 7 days of the week, also for those who want more passion and fertile solitude.
You are also welcome if you are interested in body psychotherapy and want to explore what you can gain from this approach.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION• Time: June 20 – 25, 2026
• Workshop every day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the rest of the day free
• Location: island of Lošinj, Čikat Bay (Hotel Bellevue)
• Facilitators: experienced therapists and educators of CIR ICBP
• Language: Croatian/Serbian and English
• Accommodation: Hotel Bellevue / private accommodation / Čikat campsite
Participants receive a 10% discount at Hotel Bellevue.
Price:
• €400 for registrations by 30 April 2026
• €450 for registrations from May 1st – 31st, 2026
• €500 for registrations from June 1st 2026
Price for existing CIR students (ICBP, ICD, Educa):
• €250 by 30 April, 2026
• €300 for registrations from May 1st – 31st, 2026
• €350 from from June 1st 2026
Credits for trainees:
• CIR/ICD (EDUCA, ICBP): 6 psychotherapy hours of group work
• EABP: 18 psychotherapy hours of group work
