Life of the body

MARIJA RUDIĆ

MARIJA RUDIĆ – Life of the body

We don’t live life only through thoughts and decisions, but first and foremost in our own skin. The body is the space where life awakens, pulses, feels – and also quiets down.
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with that inner experience: to recognize when vitality is present and when we restrict or diminish it. We will attune to subtle bodily signals — breath, pulsation, contraction and expansion — that continuously inform us that we are alive.

We will also explore what in the outer world can awaken this sense of aliveness: sights, smells, sounds, touch, or taste that ignite an inner spark when it has faded. Through movement, dance, and partner exercises, we seek what awakens curiosity, pleasure, and embodied presence.

At the same time, through meditation and self-reflection, we explore what we need less of to feel alive and what nourishes rest and calm. Just as the heart is alive even when it is still, life within us is alive even when it is quiet.
This workshop invites us to rely on inner and outer resources that lead us toward joy, presence, and a sense that life is worth living.

MIHAELA RICHTER – Alive in contact

Body psychotherapy starts from the idea that a sense of safety is built through bodily experience, not only through cognitive understanding.

We explore questions such as: How present are we really in bodily sensation? How much do we give and receive in touch and embraces? Do we surrender to contact, or do we unconsciously rush through it? To feel alive and capable of connection, we need experiences of comfort in physical contact and the pleasure of easeful surrender.

We create space for slowing down and listening to the body’s signals. We explore the dynamics of surrendering and receiving — two key themes of relational experience. The focus is on nervous system regulation through presence and conscious touch, building experiential trust in our own sensations and impulses.

Through safe and structured work, we explore how we come into contact with ourselves and then with others. Special attention is given to conscious, safe touch as a regulating and healing experience, with respect for personal boundaries.

We work with breath, mindful movement, psychodynamic exercises, and meditation aimed at recognizing obstacles to presence. Through guided practices, we develop the capacity to recognize boundaries and needs in contact.

A living heart

LÁSZLÓ PINTÉR

LÁSZLÓ PINTÉR – A living heart

In this workshop, the living heart is a concrete, embodied space of regulation and relationship. By sensorially tracking what happens in the chest — tension, expansion, warmth, heaviness, or emptiness — we build a relationship with ourselves grounded in presence.

In the next step, we share this experience with another attentive and supportive person. Sharing serves co-regulation: the experience of being seen while remaining safe. When presence and sharing are mutual, a bond is formed.

An open heart is a practice, not an unreachable ideal. When we are open to ourselves and have someone with whom we can share that openness, we touch a fundamental human need for connection. A living heart is an invitation to re-root ourselves in humanity and love.

GYÖRGYI SZALÁY – Alive truth, alive action

How do we move from sensing our inner truth to acting in alignment with it?
This workshop is dedicated to reclaiming the life energy needed to live what truly matters. Many of us feel the truth in our hearts, yet struggle to enact it because cultural conditioning, guilt, shame, and fear drain our energy.

This workshop invites reconnection with vital power and restoring it in service of the heart. Rather than pushing or forcing change, we rely on the intelligence of the body to transform suppressed emotions into grounded strength and clear action.

This is a space to remember what it feels like to move, choose, and act from inner alignment — with presence, integrity, and embodied power.

Eros and life

ENESA MAHIĆ

ENESA MAHIĆ – Eros and life

Are we living, or merely functioning well?

According to one theory of the human psyche, behavior arises from the dance between Eros — the life drive that nourishes curiosity, harmony, and creation — and Thanatos, the death drive that fuels chaos, aggression, and (self-)destruction.

Choosing life means taking a risk. It means choosing a life with flavor, pulse, and consequences. It means allowing desire without immediately neutralizing it through rationalization or automatic adaptation. It means choosing what is genuinely good for oneself.

In this workshop, we explore where we extinguish Eros to remain in familiar safety, and what happens when we allow it to once again mobilize the body, relationships, and direction of action.

Through movement, dance, experiential exercises, and reflection, we work with the body as a place of truth — the part of us that knows before the mind explains.

LÁSZLÓ & ENESA – (A)live2

What happens when we pause the familiar version of life for a moment and dare to explore a wider spectrum of what it truly means to be alive?

What happens when we stop measuring aliveness only through movement, strength, and intensity, and take stillness, silence, receptivity, and pleasure just as seriously?

In this workshop, we explore aliveness in action and aliveness in non-doing: the yang way of taking and the yin way of receiving, within each of us, regardless of gender.

Through movement, experiential exercises, contact, and reflection, we expand our range of living: to feel more, tolerate more pleasure, and allow life to express itself in all its shapes and forms.
